Warranty Policy

1. General Coverage

Duration: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all parts replaced and labor performed by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions are covered by a 12-month (or 12,000-mile, whichever comes first) warranty, starting from the date of service completion.

Scope: This warranty applies solely to the specific parts and labor provided by our facility. If a part is replaced, the warranty will apply only to that specific replaced part and its related labor.
2. Warranty Claims

Prompt Notice: If you experience a problem with a repaired or replaced part that you believe is covered under this warranty, notify us as soon as possible. Delays in notification may result in denial of coverage.

Evaluation: All warranty claims must be evaluated by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions. We reserve the right to inspect or test the vehicle before determining warranty coverage.
3. Limitations and Exclusions

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications performed by another facility (or by the customer themselves) on the covered parts or systems without our prior written approval will void this warranty.

Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, racing, off-road use, or neglect (e.g., operating the vehicle with insufficient fluids) is not covered.

Accidents: Parts or systems damaged by collisions or other accidents are not covered under this warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear: Components subject to regular wear (e.g., brake pads, tires, or filters) are not covered unless specifically replaced under this warranty.

Commercial or Fleet Vehicles: Commercial or fleet vehicles may be subject to different warranty terms. If applicable, please refer to the written agreement or service contract provided at the time of service.
4. Remedies

Repair or Replacement: If a warranted part fails or is defective under normal use, and is confirmed by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions, we will repair or replace the part at no additional cost to you for parts or labor.

No Implied Extension: The repair or replacement performed under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
5. Disclaimer

Limited Warranty: This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Legal Rights: Some states or local jurisdictions may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by location.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

Strategic Aftermarket Solutions works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. However, refunds for services rendered (labor) are generally not provided once work has been completed and the vehicle is released.

Parts or products sold and installed by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions may be eligible for a refund only under specific conditions detailed below.
2. Conditions for Refund

Faulty Parts: If a new or refurbished part provided by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions is found to be defective within the warranty period and cannot be repaired or replaced under the warranty coverage, a refund for the defective part may be considered.

Service Error: In the unlikely event that an error in service is clearly identified and documented by our technicians, we will work to correct the issue at no additional charge or, if correction is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Return of Parts

Proof of Purchase: Original receipts or invoices must be presented for any refund request.

Condition of Parts: We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if the part has been altered, abused, or damaged post-installation (other than damage resulting from normal operation).

Inspection: All parts eligible for refund under our policy are subject to inspection by Strategic Aftermarket Solutions.
4. Refund Process

Method of Refund: If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, cash, etc.).

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process and appear in your account.
5. Exceptions

Special Orders: Custom or special-order parts may not be refundable if the supplier does not accept returns. Please check with our staff regarding returnability before purchasing.

Third-Party Parts: If you choose to supply your own parts, we do not offer any warranty or refund for those parts, and any labor warranty may be limited or voided if the part is found to be substandard or incompatible.
